Is the mē sleek, mē supreme and mē chic safe for all skin colors?
You bet! mē sleek, mē supreme and mē chic are the first and only at home hair removal devices with clinically proven and FDA cleared elōs technology safe and effective for ALL skin tones that give permanent results.
Will the sleek, supreme or chic work on my hair color?
mē hair removers use the only at-home technology that’s clinically proven to effectively remove unwanted hair in the widest range of natural hair colors: blonde, dark blonde, red, brown, brunette and black.
Do I need to prep prior to treatment?
You do. Before you do anything else, you must first remove the hair from the surface of your skin. This means that if you have dark hair you’ll need to shave or wax the area that you want to treat. If you have fair hair, it is recommended that you wax or epilate immediately before treating with the mē sleek, mē supreme, or mē chic in order to get the best results.
When can I expect to see results?
When you follow the recommended protocol (using the mē sleek, mē supreme, or mē chic on the same area once a week for 7 treatments) you should be sensationally sleek in just 7 sessions. Make sure your skin stays that way with occasional monthly touch-ups.
What if I don't do the first 7 treatments every week according to the protocol?
Our protocol has been clinically proven to deliver the best results. If used less often than once a week for 7 weeks, results may vary. It's never too late to get back in the program. Just perform weekly treatments until hair growth stops. (If a long break was taken, we suggest you restart the protocol).
I used my mē hair remover last week and still see hair... why would this happen?
Hair can grow up to two weeks after your last treatment. It's also possible that some of your hair is still growing and wasn't affected by the last treatment. This could be caused by different hair growth cycles or by the device not being uniformly applied to all areas of your skin. Other factors like genetics, metabolism and age also influence the duration of each growth cycle. Remember to glide or stamp the applicator on the treatment area without stopping in one place, according to the recommended treatment durations. Don’t forget to cover the treatment area 2 - 3 times and use the highest tolerated settingfor best results.
Can I use the sleek, supreme, or chic anywhere on my body?
Just about. All of our devices are designed to be used to remove hair on the arms, legs, chest, back and stomach. The chic is specially designed for targeted areas such as the women’s face(cheekline and below) , underarm, and bikini. DO NOT USE our hair removal systems on the head, ears, nipples or intimate areas.
Can I use the sleek, supreme, or chic on my face?
Smile—our hair removal devices can be used on women's facial hair below the cheek line. Common facial areas include: mustache/upper lip, sideburns, jawline and chin/neck. Use of the device on male’s faces has not been tested and therefore is not recommended.
How long does a sleek, supreme, or chic treatment take?
The treatment time varies depending on the body part. Legs take about 10 minutes each; Small areas take considerably less time: underarm 2 minutes; bikini area, 1 minute; facial areas such as upper lip, chin and jawline, 1 minute each. Of course these times may vary depending upon the individual.
What is the right energy level for me?
Always start at the LOW energy level. If you feel comfortable, increase the energy level setting for greater efficacy.
Does using the sleek, supreme, or chic hurt?
When used as directed, you will experience only a gentle warming sensation – no nicks, cuts, stinging or snapping. If you are using the system for the first time or on a new body area, we suggest you perform a skin sensitivity test, using the LOW energy level. (Please refer to the user guide for further skin sensitivity test instructions). Once you are comfortable with this you can increase the energy level. There is no downtime and you will be able to return to normal activities immediately after treatment.
Can I use sleek, supreme, or chic if I'm tanning?
Do not treat skin immediately after or before an active tanning session (in natural light, on a tanning bed or when using sunless tanning products) or on areas that have been sunburned as this can make the skin more susceptible to injury. Always perform a skin sensitivity test as recommend prior to each treatment or before using the device on a new treatment area.
Can I use the sleek, supreme, or chic over tattoos?
No, you should not use the hair removal devices directly on parts of your skin where you have tattoos, dark brown or black spots (such as large freckles, birthmarks or moles) or permanent makeup. These areas may absorb too much light energy, which can injure the skin.
I can’t wait! Can I preorder items for delivery?
Yes. Certain items will be available for pre-order and will be indicated as such. We will only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.
How do I check on an order that I've already placed?
You can use your order confirmation number to check the order status on the My Account page.
Can I change my order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If you wish to change your order, please call Customer Service at 1-877-651-1177, and if it has not yet been processed we will change or re-issue a new, amended order.
What if I forget my password?
Don’t worry, it happens to everyone. You can reset your password on the My Account page.
ORDERS AND RETURNS FAQ
What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?
Check that all the details you have entered on the checkout page are correct. If it is refused after that, try another credit card.
Do I have to pay for shipping of any returned item?
If any of the items we deliver are damaged or incorrect, we will refund the delivery charge. If you simply change your mind about wanting to keep your purchase, we will supply a pre-paid shipping label that is automatically deducted from your refund.
When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
Once we’ve received the item into our warehouse we aim to process a refund onto the original payment card within two weeks. Please read our Return Policy for more details.
Do I get charged for shipping and handling of each item I order?
Shipping may vary based on the items ordered, however there is a flat handling rate regardless of the number of items purchased.
Do you deliver overseas?
We currently ship to the US and Canada.

What do I do if my device breaks down during the warranty period?
In that unlikely event, make sure that you have registered the warranty with Customer Service.
